Myrtle L. Nettles, 87, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2012 at Parkwood Place in Lufkin, Texas. Mrs.Nettles was a bookkeeper and served in the Women’s Aircorp. She was born July 1, 1924 in Livingston, Texas to Henry and Leote Dyches Capps. She is survived in death by her sons, Kenneth Nettles, Bryon Nettles and spouse Diane, Henry Nettles and spouse Patsy; grandchildren, Amy, Ben, Josh, Byron, Jr., Joy, and Scott. Visitation was held at Pace Funeral Home, Sunday, May 6, 2012 from 5 to 8 PM. Services were held Monday, May 7, 2012, 2:00 PM at Pace Funeral Home with Bro. Orval Barker officiating. Burial will follow at Peebles Cemetery in Livington, Texas.
