Delores Jean Burns born in Corsicana, Texas on July 20, 1942, passed away in Lufkin, Texas on March 2, 2015 at the age of 72. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 49 years, Jerry Burns; daughter, Shannon Burns and boyfriend Larry Charles; sons, Gary Burns and girlfriend Melissa Bennett, Terry Burns and wife Amanda, John Burns and wife Debbie; brother, Bobby Ratliff and wife Janet; sisters, Sharon Sanders, Judy Egan and husband Jim. 5 grandchildren, Jacqueline Burns, Jordan Burns, Joshua Burns, James Burns and Jacie Burns; numerous other relatives and a host of dear friends. Delores was preceded in death by both her parents; sister, Carolyn Sue Krone. Delores loved to sew and work in her garden. She loved her family very much and will be missed dearly.
