Billie Donelle Tullos, born July 16, 1929 to William Donal and Willie Bates Elliot Toler in Port Arthur, Texas, went to be with her Lord, June 17, 2016 in Beaumont, Texas, at the age of 86.
Her loving family includes; her husband, Donald Gene Tullos; sons, Donal Roy Valdes & wife, Donna, William David Valdes & wife, Kathy; daughter, Alma Waddell & husband, Darren; sister, Annabeth Willis & husband, Jim; one niece, two nephews, eleven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Billie is preceded in death by her parents; and one grandson, Jared Valdes.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 from 5:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas. Funeral Services will begin at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, June 23, 2016 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2023 N Houston St., Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow at the Bluewater Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.
