Hershel Hill, born September 24, 1929 to William and Josephine Alcorn Hill in Livingston, Texas went to be with his Lord July 3, 2017 in Shepherd Texas at the age of 87 years. A Celebration of Hershel’s Life will begin at 6pm Friday, July 7th 2017 at Peebles Cemetery with Pastor Jeffrey Hill Smart officiating. Military honors provided by VFW Post 8568
Hershel was faithful to his Lord, also a veteran in the United States Army having served in WWII.
He is survived by his nieces, Debbie (Dunn) Arnold & husband Rocky, Brenda Hill; nephews, Danny Hill & wife Tiffany, Edward Lee Hill and Johnny Hill; numerous other nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Hershel is preceded in death by his parent, three brother, Frank, Johnny and George Hill
