James Ralph Howard, 64 years old, born March 27, 1953 in Ville Platte, Louisiana to William Jessie and Georgia Mae Howard, passed away on November 28, 2017.
He leaves behind his mother, Georgia Mae Howard of Livingston, Texas; his caretakers, next of kin and best friends, Lena B. Freeman and Norman Freeman of Livingston, Texas. He has four sisters in Crist, Valarie Collins & husband, Chevoskie of Livingston, Texas, Priscilla Martin & husband, Wilson of Moscow, Texas, Dannethia Castleberry & husband, Jay of Chester, Texas, and Connie Tolbert & husband, Mike of Springs, Texas. Nieces, Haley Castleberry of Chester, Texas, Iryanna of Springs, Texas. He also had three nieces that he called his gold babies, Faith Eunice Foreman of Livingston, Texas, Markayla Danye Foreman of Livingston, Texas, and Destiny Tolbert of Springs, Texas. nephews, Kabe, Marcus, Trenton, Michael, Dillon, also Cheynne of Livingston, Texas, Jaheim Tolbert of Springs, Texas; special friends, Beretta Hubert & husband, Wayne of Corrigan, Texas, Tiffany Jackson of Camden, Texas, Freddie Horn of Chester, Texas, Lawrence and Johnny Reagie of Livingston, Texas, Shandra Tameshia, Laquita, and Lachersia Terrance of Corrigan, Texas.
James was preceded in death by his father, William Jessie Howard; siblings, Jessie Howard, Clyde Howard, Eugene Anthony Howard, and Annette Faye Howard. He has a host of other nieces, relatives, and friends.
