Angelina M. Downs, born June 15, 1925 to Luigi and Marie Segala in North Adams, Massachusetts, passed away on December 16, 2017 in Lufkin, Texas at the age of 92 years.
She was a member of the St. Stephen Catholic Church in Point Blank, Texas. She married Melwood Downs on June 24, 1945. Angelina worked for Sprage Electric Company for 46 years and moved to Texas in 1996.
Angelina’s loving family includes; daughter, Juanita White & husband, Leon; son-in-law, Frances Beals; brother, Frank Segala; sisters, Mary Therrien, Peggy Stefanski, Jackie Cote; five grandchildren, Leon L. White, Jr., Timothy R. White, Jamie J. White, Francis Beals III, Kellie Beals Cox; thirteen great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Melwood Downs; daughters, Frances Downs, Diane Beals; brothers, John Segala, Louie Segala, Joe Segala; sisters, Kathern Griswold;
