Charlie Raymond Watts Sr. 91 passed away on July 19, 2012 in Livingston, Texas. Mr. Watts Sr. was born on January 4, 1921 in Palestine, Texas to Jim and Ella Sue Holder. Charlie was preceded in death by both parents, wife Winnie Lorene and daughter Wilma Marie. He is survived by sons Charlie Watts Jr. and wife Victory; Jim Watts; Steve Watts and wife Teresa; Daughters Nancy Watts and Brenda Watts.; Sister Dorothy Green. Mr. Watts Sr. was a Sergeant in the Army during World War II. He was a Carpenter/Contractor in the construction trade. Mr. Watts Sr. was a member of the First Baptist Church in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will be held Sunday, July, 22, 2012 at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas from 5 8PM.
