Billy Ray Smith born on March 16, 1956 in Houston, Texas to Mickey and Phyllis Mae Lassen Smith passed away on March 21, 2013 in Conroe, Texas at the age of 57.
Billy is survived by his daughter, Thami Smith grandmother Marietta Smith sisters, Kathleen Boren, Nancy Gumm and Susan Williams brother, Randy Michael Smith numerous other nieces, nephews other relatives and host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Billy proudly served in The United States Marines from 1975 to 1978.
