Edward Joe Boy Locke, born on July 27, 1940 in Livingston, Texas to Emmett Locke and Doris Phillips Locke passed away on May 2, 2014 in Houston, Texas at the age of 73. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Patsy of 47 years son, Douglas Bryant Locke and wife Stephenie two grandchildren, Cortney and Magen Locke numerous other relatives and a host of dear friends. Joe Boy was preceded in death by both of his parents father and mother inlaws, Douglas and Ruth Butler. He proudly served in the United States Army. He was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. Visitation will be held on May 5, 2014 between 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Pace Funeral Home 200 Fm 350 North, Livingston, Texas. A Celebration of Joe Boys life will be held on May 6, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Pace Funeral Home. Officiating will be Pastor Harold Isaacs. Pallbearers will be, Curt Fredregill, David Phillips Jr., Brian Massey, Shane Lollar, John Butler, Jason Stephens and Rodney Watts.
