Katrina Hoffman born on July 7, 1961 in Gadsden, Alabama to Fred Alfred Hoffman and Opal Kathlene Stephenson Rush, passed away on February 14, 2015 in Athens, Texas at the age of 53. Those left to cherish her memory are husband, James Childers; mother, Opal Kathlene Rush and step father Jerry Rush; daughter, Amber Nicole Fowler and husband, Brian Vanek; son, Shawn Edward Fowler; brothers, Scott Hoffman and wife Renee, James Hoffman; sister, DeAnne Bennetsen and husband Delton; 5 grandchildren, Christopher Cox, Teagan Cox, Zackary Cox, Alivia Vanek and Isabel Vanek; numerous other relatives and a host of dear friends. Katrina was preceded in death by her father. Katrina loved her children, grandchildren and family very much and will be missed deeply.
