Glynn Effie Young, born in Georgia on July 7, 1928 to Irby Lehman and Annie Laura Lindsey, passed away on February 12, 2018, in Kingwood, Texas, at the age of 89 years.
Her loving family includes; children, Linda Bolton, Wallace Bolton & wife, Linda, Irby Bolton & wife, Carmen, William H. Young, Jr. & wife, Tamara; grandchildren, Bobby Downey & wife, Katie, Randall Scott Downey, Robin Slayden, William Young III & wife, Amber, Michael Young, Dale Bolton, David Smith & wife, Amber, Jason Bolton, Josh Elms; great grandchildren, Paige Downey, Janie Downey, Crystal Downey, Amanda Downey, Bobbie Downey, Robert Downey, William H. Young IV, Samantha Slayden, Sterling Slayden, Dillion Slayden, Felicity Smith, Kassidy Smith; several nieces and nephews; and a numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Glynn is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 55 years, William H. Young, Sr.; sons, Riley Bolton, Eddie Bolton, Larry Bolton, Billy Bolton; brother, Lehman Lindsey; sister, Laura Jean
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
Celebration of Glynn’s life will begin at Noon on Friday, February 16, 2018 at Pace Funeral Home with Pastor Harold Isaacs officiating. Interment to follow at the Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.
