James Mack Peery was born May 11, 1940, in Austin, Texas to James S. and Lucille (Page) Peery. He passed away on September 4, 2022, in Livingston, Texas at the age of 82.
James enjoyed many things in his life like hunting, fishing, and woodwork. He was a family man with a love for GOD, he was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the St. Joseph Catholic Church. James was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp Reserve, a Licensed Professional Engineer and a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer.
He was survived by his beloved wife of 61 Years Idelette Peery; children, James S. Peery & wife Ann, Jessica B. Jones & husband Duke, and Eddie J. Peery & wife Cheryl; sister, Pattie Cutshall & husband Mike; grandchildren, Justin, Megan, Jake, Matthew, Nichole, Lauren, Christopher, and Ashley and one great- grandchild on the way; two nieces and four nephews; as well as many other family members, friends and loved ones.
James is preceded in death by his parents.
A Rosary for Mr. Peery will be held Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at 6:00 pm at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
A Funeral Mass for Mr. Peery will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 11:00 am, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, in Livingston, Texas, with FR. Anderson Luis De Souza, SVD officiating.
