Sherry Lee (Norsworthy) Yanes was born October 31, 1946, in Jacksonville, Texas to Sanford Douglas and Essie Levada (Helm) Edwards Jr. She passed from this life on March 24, 2023, in Lufkin, Texas at the age of 76.
Sherry is survived by her sons, Kenny Norsworthy & wife Virginia, Scott Norsworthy & wife Julia, Kristopher Norsworthy & wife Rebecca Drake, Travis Yanes & significant other Clarissa Hallmark; daughter, Pamela Norsworthy; brother, Charles Edwards & wife Mary; sisters, Tina Bell, Ima Hare & husband Herbert, Viola Broussard & husband Jeffery, Sue Helm & husband David, Nora Bivens & husband Bobby; Numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren; as well as many other friends, family and loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Sanford Douglas, and Essie Edwards Jr. |
