Thelma Reneé Hickman was born December 8, 1965, in Livingston, Texas, to Loye Leon and Lora Ann (Fults) Kerr. She passed from this life on April 1, 2023, in Houston, Texas, at the age of 57 years.
She is survived by her children, Lonnie E. Simons, Kristopher R. Simons Sr, Samantha Leane Simons; brother, Darrell W. Kerr & wife Darlene; sister, Sharon Ann Dabney; grandchildren, Austin, Duke, Cheyanne, Reese, and Lila; as well as many other loved ones and friends.
Thelma is preceded in death by her parents, Loye, and Lora Kerr; sisters Donna and Leah; great-aunt Bumba; uncle, Noyd; niece, Jennifer; and brother-in-law, Frank.
Pallbearers: Brian Hickman, Matthew Tomlinson, Lonnie Simons, Edward Simons, Daniel Denham, and David Fults.

A visitation for Thelma will be held from 4p-7p, Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at Pace Funeral Home, in Livingston, Texas.
A Celebration of Thelma’s Life will be held at 2:00p, Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at Pace Funeral Home, in Livingston, Texas with Brother Harold Isaacs officiating.
Interment to follow at Rice Cemetery in, Leggett, Texas.
