Patsy Ruth Hall was born March 18, 1939, to Eva Ruth Palmer, in Phoenix, Arizona. She passed away on April 18, 2023, in Kingwood, Texas, at the age of 84.
Patsy was a stay at home mother until 1972. She started to work for Pasadena ISD in the food service department, this was her calling. She spent 27 years with PISD and loved every minute. She was a cafeteria manager for many years and satisfied many people with her food. She retired in 2000 to start a new journey in Livingston, Tx. She opened a small restaurant named Friends & Neighbors. Patsy continued cooking, serving and pleasing people with food. Most of all, her greatest achievement was her two children Donald and Jamie. She was so proud of his military career and Jamie’s healthcare career.
Patsy is survived by her son, Donald J. Hall Jr. & wife Catherine; daughter, Jamie Landrus & husband Butch; grandson, Curtis Ryan Hall; granddaughter, Brandi Wilkes & husband John; granddaughter, Jennifer Long; great grandchildren, Dalton Anderson, Lydia Anderson, Brooke Wilkes and Ryker Wilkes; sister, Janet Anderson; as well as many other family, friends and loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her mother Eva Ruth Smith; husband Donald Buddy Hall; sisters, Sue Terwilliger and Joann Clark.
A Visitation for Patsy will be held from 5:00p- 7:00p Friday, April 21, 2023, at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
A Celebration of Patsy’s life will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, April 22, 2023, at Pace Funeral Home, in Livingston, Texas
