Janie Chandler Britton was born November 24, 1930, in Corrigan, Texas, to Leo and Werner (Josserand) Chandler. She passed from this life on April 24, 2023, in Livingston, Texas, at the age of 92.
Mrs. Britton is survived by her son, Hurchel A. Britton & wife Annette; grandsons, Hurchel A Britton Jr, and Jason E. Britton & wife Misty; granddaughter, Mya; nephews Joseph L. Eckles & wife Lorie, and Bill Davis & wife Joyce; as well as many other loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Werner Chandler, and husband of 73 years Hurchel Britton.
A Visitation for Mrs. Britton will be held from 5:00p- 7:00p, Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at Pace Funeral Home, in Livingston, Texas.
A Celebration of Mrs. Britton’s life will be held 2:00p, Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Pace Funeral Home, in Livingston, Texas, with Brother Wayne Bickley officiating.
Interment to follow at Peebles Cemetery, in Livingston, Texas.
