Mary Jeanen Dinklage Scott was born December 22, 1931, to Ben and Faye (Reding) Perry. She passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on June 3, 2023, in Livingston, Texas at the age of 91.
Mary is survived by her husband, Charles R. Scott and daughter Nora Norman & husband Vernon and family. Her son, Theodore Dinklage Jr. & wife Marilyn; brother, Bobby R. Perry & wife Wanda; sister Dorothy F. Jones; sister-in-law, Connie Perry and her grandson, Brandon Dinklage.
She is preceded in death by her parents, late husband, Theodore Dinklage; late husband, Rev. EW Stanley; twin brother, Jerry J. Perry; brothers Joe B. Perry, and Benny R. Perry; as well as numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
A Celebration of Mary’s life will be held at 9:00 am, Friday, June 9, 2023, at Pace Funeral Home, in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Gerald Morris, Rev. James Buie, and Rev. Josh Carney officiating.
Interment will follow at 3:00 pm, at Galveston Memorial Park, in Hitchcock, Texas.
