Kenneth David Voirol, 50, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on July 20, 2023, in Moscow, Indiana. Ken, as he was affectionately known, was born on January 2, 1973, in Fort Wayne. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend.
Ken never met a stranger. His presence was big, but his heart was even bigger. He was a great neighbor, brother, son, father, and husband. He always had a story to share, whether anyone wanted to hear it or not. Ken loved his God, his guns, and his country. He cherished Saturdays on the boat and standing on his back porch, surrounded by family and trees, listening to music. He had a kind and generous spirit, always ready to lend a helping hand and bring laughter to those in need. A hard worker, Ken valued his community deeply. He also had a soft spot for animals, especially dogs, cats, and chickens.
Ken is survived by his loving wife, Laureen Voirol, his son Tristan Voirol, and his daughter Haley Morgan. He is also survived by his father Rick Voirol, mother Jo Voirol, brother Rob Voirol (Shari), his grandmother Patricia Henry, nieces, Hannah Timmons and Mariah Voirol. Ken was preceded in death by his grandfather Tom Henry and grandmother Betty Voirol.
In his professional life, Ken excelled as a partner at Norgeon Sales, where he held the esteemed title of #1 Sales Partner in the country. He was admired for his dedication, professionalism, and ability to connect with clients.
Outside of work, Ken had a variety of hobbies that brought him joy. He was an avid hunter, loved spending time on his boat, and enjoyed singing karaoke. He cherished the beauty of the outdoors and found solace in its tranquility.
A calling to celebrate Ken's life will take place on July 29, 2023, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, with the service to follow at 5:00 PM at Leo Methodist Church in Leo, Indiana.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that any donations be made to Tunnel to Towers at t2t.org. Contributions made in Ken's memory will honor his legacy and support a cause that was close to his heart.
Ken will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His infectious laughter, warm smile, and caring nature will forever be cherished. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
